Easy & Healthy Body meet Bride Granola Recipe!
I’m sure a lot of you like me grew up eating yummy, sweet, totally unhealthy cereals for breakfast! Well now you can still enjoy your childhood favourites in a healthy way woohooo!!!
This recipe is insanely easy and like most of mine there is plenty of room to experiment! You can add any nuts or seeds, different dried fruits, different grains its completely up to you!
Easy BMB Granola:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- ½ cup chopped raw pecans & almonds
- ½ cup desiccated/shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. organic maple syrup
- Handful dried blueberries & cherries
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius.
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except for the dried fruits. Make sure the mixture is moist and evenly coated!
On a large baking tray covered with baking paper spread out the mixture to ensure it will be cooked evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes, then check it and shake it around. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Store in an air tight container and enjoy with any milk of choice, yoghurt or on top of your smoothies 🙂
