3 Vegan Superfoods: Perfect for the NON vegan!
I am not a vegan, vegetarian or even paleo diet follower; I simply take a little from everything and aim to maintain a balanced diet, as much as possible anyway (no one is perfect!).
I definitely agree that each of the above mentioned diets have health benefits but most importantly I agree that different approaches work best for different people and sometimes the best approach can be a little combination of everything.

Spirulina: Its actually an algae loaded with protein and is a super green superfood meaning its rich in chlorophyll, like a mouth wash but for your insides! Also contains a great variety of vitamins & minerals! Great for adding to smoothies, muesli, porridge!
Chia Seeds: Very popular right now for obvious reasons, rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats. You can add to smoothies, sprinkle over yoghurt, muesli, sliced fruit, salads or make chia puddings!
Hemp Seeds: A complete protein, full of essential fats, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants WOW! In powder form its great for adding to smoothies, porridge or even cookies and homemade balls!
